Penguin Pile Up

Shaky iceberg in sight! All 16 penguins want to find their place on the iceberg and the players have to help them do it. 

At the beginning it is quite easy, but the best places are becoming increasingly scarce. With each new penguin, the iceberg sways dangerously and the tension rises again and again: does it stop, does it fall or even the whole ice floe tip over?
