Keswick is a market town in northwest England’s Lake District National Park. The bustling high street is filled with visitors exploring the sites of this much-loved town. In his 1000 piece puzzle, Paul is stocking up on his weekly fruit and veg, whilst the Baker family walk their two pups down the cobble-lined street.

About the Artist:

Czes Pachela is an illustrator and designer based in West Yorkshire. With a career spanning over four decades, Czes launched Pachela Studios in the 1980s and has produced commercial art for many clients across the world. Using a variety of materials, from charcoal to watercolour, as well as digital software, Czes’s artwork has a dreamy, life-like feel which makes piecing together his puzzles a wonderful experience.

From Gibsons:

As with all Gibsons jigsaws, we use 100% recycled puzzle board, FSC paper and work with the best artists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces are designed to fit perfectly together; in fact, we use the thickest puzzle board on the market. Everyone loves a Gibsons jigsaw, even Her Majesty the Queen has been spotted with one.

We have made some positive changes to our processes, so you can be sure you’re getting the same great puzzles and know that they are kinder to the environment. Not only does the box have a fresh new look, but we’ve used biodegradable clear labels to secure the lid instead of shrink wrap to reduce our plastic waste.

There is a gloss coating on the box for extra protection and the puzzle pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled by most councils. Because the box is slightly smaller than our previous designs, we need less room to transport our products which reduces our carbon footprint and means you can store your puzzles more easily. We have also popped an artwork poster inside for you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle.

Puzzle size is 68x49cm when complete.
