**Please note: We always aim to dispatch by next business day Monday-Friday. Our orders are collected late afternoon and the tracking numbers may not update until the following morning**
All purchases are in stock except pre-orders, which will have imminent dates and will be clearly marked on our listings.
Orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked Services. We use their tracked service, with a choice of the Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 services. We only post to the UK. We dispatch orders Mondays-Fridays. Our aim is to post by next-business day, sometimes this may not be possible in exceptional trading periods, or if our delivery partners are unable to accept parcels. Tracked services will come with email and txt updates (Please submit a mobile number at checkout if you can)
Please note in our terms and conditions, we cannot refund delayed parcels. If you need an order within a certain timescale, please upgrade your postage or talk to us first before ordering if you have a deadline to meet.

Our parcels are insured up to an invoice price of £150. For orders in excess of £150, you may wish to make separate orders to ensure a suitable level of insurance for your order.
