We accept exchanges, returns and refunds 30 days from day of purchase, subject to items being returned in unused and as new condition.

We expect you to pay delivery costs back to us, unless the item you’ve purchased is defective, damaged or incorrect, where we then refund your return postage costs up-to the cost of 2nd class recorded delivery. For such products we will offer an exchange should you prefer, subject to availability. 

For standard returns, your refund will be the original purchase price plus original postage price paid, postage is refunded pro-rata if multiple items were purchased. 

Please email us and let us know as soon as you can of any issues with your purchase. **FAULT CLAIMS** We reasonably ask that pictures are provided showing any faults so we can assist with any fault claims with the manufacturers and suppliers we work with. We cannot process any fault claims without photographs.
