PRE-ORDERS

Hampton Hobbies and Games are very proud to offer a pre-order scheme that helps ensure our customers don't pay the bulk of the purchase price until their item has a confirmed dispatch date.

We have bandings for upfront payments where the balance is asked for before delivery. Upfront payments per item: £2.50 per puzzle, £5 per game and £10 per TCG item.

We ask that you only enter into a pre-order with the intent to purchase and treat the transaction as you would for the commitment to an in-stock item. 

WHEN WILL FINAL PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

Only when the new release is confirmed to be delivered to us, do we take the payment from the original payment method used to place the pre-order. We will message you ahead to check your delivery address is still ok, you’re not going to be away when we dispatch and also to check if there is anything else you want to add to your cart too from the current stock at the time.

**Our pre-order system shows the payment due in a default number of days, but we only ask for the balance when the release is due in and confirmed to stock. This date may not match what is shown on the automated 'payment due date' on the checkout, so please pay attention to the estimated release date**

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?

When your pre-order arrives in stock, or a few days before, we will email you an update. At that time you are welcome to add other stock items, we will try to put them all together in one order when all the items are in place from your order. At which time we will review matching postage charges too and ensure that you’re not out of pocket on any postage charges.

We always treat the dispatch of pre-orders as a priority, and adhere to manufacturers street dates and release plans.
